Unbook Leisure Complex City is located at the eastern landfill area of Yongjongdo Island. The location of the site is at the gateway of the bridge connecting Yongjongdo and Seoul / Inchon. This project is a design competition teamed with DA architecture and Gaone landscape architecture in Korea. The entire site is about 455 acres. Since the site is located in the Free Economic Zone, the competition authority requires the complex to include a high-end residence, mixed use buildings and a sustainable leisure districts. |
