His educational background includes a Master's in Landscape Architecture from the University of Georgia with studies in landscape architecture, environmental design, ecology, and natural/ cultural resource management. Mr. Baugher has participated as a designer in a wide variety of landscape projects of varying scales, from urban planning to conceptual park design to construction document preparation. He also has an in-depth understanding of the technical resources necessary for project production. Recent project experience includes the 9/11 Pentagon Memorial, the American Embassy in Moscow, Rehabilitation of Columbus Plaza, the City Vista Condominium Roof Garden and Streetscape, and the Capitol Heights Metro Planning Study. Prior to working with Lee + Papa, Mr. Baugher worked on the University of Georgia Heritage Highway Project and for the Maryland Department of Agriculture.		Inspirations: The overlooked and neglected landscapes we often forget, from the decaying remnants of industrial sites, to abandoned farmlands, to urban communities isolated by poor planning and economic hardship. Reads: I like to read just about anything, from Classic literature to dime-store mystery novels to Harry Potter. Hobbies: Guitar, gardening, hiking, photography, street hustlin'. I also play a mean Boggle.
