Thomas L. Kapfer / In his work as a landscape architect, Thomas is fascinated and inspired by the interactions and synthesis of design with his background in landscape studies, archaeology, history, music and other diverse studies. He is currently wrapping up his Master of Landscape Architecture degree from the Washington Alexandria Architecture Center of Virginia Polytechnic University, and often relies on the knowledge and skills he attained through earning his B.A. in history and archaeology from the University of Illinois, Champaign/Urbana. Prior to joining Lee + Papa, Thomas worked as an archaeological technician with Louis Berger, and had a long tenure working with the Construction Specifications Institute. |
