His most prominent projects include public plazas, memorials, new master plans for parks, open space systems, communities, resort and recreational development, campuses and waterfront development. He is widely recognized for his specialty in security sensitive site planning and is a frequent speaker, panelist on this topic. Mr. Lee has practiced and resided in DC for over twenty years, building an award winning firm while remaining very active in the community. He presently serves on the DC Comprehensive Plan Task Force by a Mayoral Appointment. He is a past president of ASLA Potomac Chapter; former board member of DC Habitat for Humanity and a former vice chairman of The Committee of 100 on The Federal City. His current projects include The Master Plan Study for DC Department of Parks and Recreations, The Shaw Arts Study and The Redevelopment of The Old Wax Museum Site, and The 9-11 Memorial Groves on Kingman Island on the Anacostia River, won through a Design Competition.
